Independent Living Apartments: Essential Information
All tenants of our independent living apartments must be 65 years or older. If you are planning on purchasing your apartment, the full price would be due at the time of signing. For those planning to lease, a refundable security deposit equivalent to two times the monthly rent is due at signing, with monthly rental payments thereafter.
